Urban Places LLC provides real estate development advisory services to residential and commercial developers and investors, public agencies and private institutions. Services include:

• Urban site selection: site identification, zoning analysis, property capacity assessment and upzoning potential

​

• Preliminary building planning: conceptual design analysis to define development scope, size and character

 

• Real estate project management: entitlements, design and construction oversight

 

• Owner Representation: programming, planning, and project execution management

​

• Public Private Partnership Facilitation: advising public agencies, private developers and not-for-profit organizations in structuring effective public private partnerships

 

 

Services can be provided for a fixed fee for specifically defined scope of work or for a monthly retainer for project management services. The value of the work effort can also be invested as a percentage participation in resulting real estate developments.
